In the Cup
Pops with blueberry the moment it hits the cup — ripe, jammy, almost jam-on-toast. Beneath that: dark chocolate, the 70% kind, and a finish that drifts toward red wine, all tannin and grape skin.
Roast Note
Development 1:52. Drop at 201°C. Naturals are fragile — a cooler charge temp (185°C) keeps the fruit clean and stops the sugars from scorching.
