In the Cup
Bite of red apple up front, the sweet-tart kind you get from a crisp Braeburn. Brown sugar sits underneath, round and molasses-heavy, then a long milk chocolate finish that lingers on the roof of the mouth.
Roast Note
Development 2:10. Drop at 205°C. A touch deeper than the Yirg — we're chasing body, not florals. Beautiful as an espresso or flat white.
