In the Cup

Pour this hot and you'll catch bergamot first, the same perfume that lifts Earl Grey. A minute in, jasmine opens up through the steam. The finish is clean — wet stone after rain, black tea astringency, lemon zest on the way out.

Roast Note

Development time 1:48. Drop at 199°C. A light roast preserves the top-end aromatics; push any further and you lose the florals.
